Scheduled Maintenance
Proper HVAC maintenance is crucial for ensuring the longevity and efficiency of HVAC systems. Regular inspections and cleaning of the heating and cooling units, as well as changing air filters and checking ductwork, can prolong the life of your equipment and improve indoor air quality.
Each Scheduled Maintenance Visit Includes:
- Installation of new air filters and belts on all HVAC equipment, make-up air units, and commercial exhaust fans
- Drain pan and drain line cleaning and algae removal
- Condenser coil cleaning and inspection on all HVAC and RTU refrigeration equipment
- Evaporator and blower assembly inspection
- Rooftop debris removal
- Rooftop drain cleaning
- Refrigerant charge assessment on HVAC equipment
- Site glass check on RTU refrigeration equipment
- Inspection of wiring components, motor operation, and thermostat functionality on all equipment.

Replacement Equipment
We are committed to providing cost-effective repairs to your existing HVAC equipment. When repair is not possible, or when repair costs exceed the value of the system, our technicians will provide you with an estimate for replacement. CCD Service Plus is licensed and insured to install all brands of HVAC equipment.
New Construction Installation
CCD Service Plus offers design and installation of complete HVAC duct systems and equipment for commercial applications. Our skilled technicians will work with the general contractor to meet the HVAC needs of your remodel or new construction project.
