Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher
JOB DESCRIPTION:
CCD Service Plus is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher for the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast Area. Qualified candidates must have experience in the trades and proficiency in Service Titan. A remote position may be considered for the right candidate. Come join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Dispatch & schedule technicians efficiently.
- Handle Commercial Service Calls with professionalism.
- Track jobs and update customers via Service Titan.
- Support a fast-paced, high-volume team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in dispatch or CSR for a trade.
- Proficient in Service Titan.
- Organized, responsive, and calm under pressure.
- Strong communicator and problem solver.

Schedule:
- 8:00am-4:00pm
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience:

- Proficient in Service Titan
Work Location: In person in Spanish Fort, Alabama / Remote position considered for the right candidate.
